Doug Rigan
Founder
Doug is the Company Founder and has been providing expert advice to his clients for over 30 years. Doug’s attention to detail along with his Inspection and Construction background are the foundation for the success of the Company. Doug’s knowledge of the local area including historic homes and buildings gives him an advantage which translates to better service to his clients. Doug has conducted thousands of home inspections and has also inspected hundreds of commercial buildings throughout the area, state and beyond.
Doug is a Member of InterNACHI (Inter National Association of Certified Home Inspectors), a certified Mold Inspector, Member of the Traverse Area Association or Realtors. Doug is a Michigan licensed Residential Builder, Licensed Real Estate Sale Person, and has an Associate’s Degree from Northwestern Michigan College and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Michigan.
Doug also enjoys spending some of his “spare time” working in the Family Vineyard!
